So its simple, Ive been very quiet of late. Mainly due to work but also a lack of inspiration. Still looking at the site most days and looking at you all guys work. Im still putting up a few bits and bobs and still love photography but things I guess are slowing down to a more relaxed pace. Just wanted to fill you in on that! (plus get rid of the old journal!) Just wanted to change the journal that I had up as it really was out of date. Things are pretty hectic my end at the moment with a change of job on the list of things to cope with. Im going to be working in a new resturant that is opening at the end of August and will be a quite high class traditional English restaurant but in the mean time because of the delays I am working in the owners other restaurant that is a huge Italian place serving about 300 people a night from a tiny kitchen. Now Im a more fine dining chef (with a rosette to prove it, although rosettes are bollocks really) so its a bit different for me but its fun, I have to switch
