I love sunny days! Still slowly getting to grips with the Infra Red filter but I dont think I will ever learn all it has to give.

Wow...so how, exactly, do you use an IR filter, anyway? Feel like doing a step-by-step tutorial? I'd love it! And I'd totally go out and buy one too. :)

By the way, I love this shot...so UNnatural, while being completely natural! :)

Thank you.

Man, I love the look of those trees with the IR filter. I want one but like amarand I'm not sure how to use it. Is it something you just screw in over the lens? Anyway, great shot!

There are two kinds, the hoya (which most people use) which screws on just like a skylight or uv filter or the cokin (same result) which is a larger square filter that you have to get an adaptor for to get it onto the lense but once you have got the adapter it fits lots of other filters and you can easily interchange them to other larger lenses with a cheap accessory. The best thing to have a look at for the basic idea of how and why is a journal by a really gifted IR photographer (and in general) which is here, [link] And thank you!!

I think it would be right up your street as it takes alot of experimenting but as you know about lensebabies and things I honest think you would love it.
